Customer Problem
I received a HP LaserJet 1200 that can print every other document format with multiple pages but cant when printing a PDF document.

Diagnosis
After some research I figured out that what causes this mainly in older model laserjet printers is a feature named mopier mode. What mopier mode does when enabled it can only receive one copy of the selected and if it needs to print more it needs sufficient memory. In the case of this printer it only has 128mbs of internal memory to work with, which causes storage issues when printing multiple pages.

Work Done
To change the setting is very easy but depends on the model of printer and the driver settings associated with it. For the HP Laserjet 1200 the process is as follows in the below GIF. In most cases the option for mopier mode is usually in (Printers > Right click the Printer’s Icon and choose Properties/Printer Properties > Device Settings > Scroll down till you see Mopier Mode > Choose Disable > Click ok).

Results
Here is the printer printing after making the Mopier Mode change in the device settings.
